Job Description:

As a City Head Sales at Clubr Technoligies Private Limited, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our client base in your designated city. Your role will involve reaching out to new clients, generating meaningful leads, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will also play a crucial part in building awareness and driving demand for Clubr by educating customers about our product offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to new clients and generate high-quality leads.
  • Build awareness and drive demand for Clubr with new accounts, by helping educate customers on the benefits and features of our products.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, while consistently achieving quarterly sales quotas.
  • Develop a robust business plan that leverages various channels such as community engagement, strategic partnerships, and existing customer networks.
  • Stay updated on market trends and monitor competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Educate clients on product management and best practices, ensuring they maximize the value of our solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product team to provide customer insights and contribute to shaping the product roadmap.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts to drive customer loyalty and generate referrals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar B2B software or technology solutions role.
  • Strong ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate the value proposition of our products.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to assess market trends, understand customer needs, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Familiarity with product management principles and best practices.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote working arrangement.
  • Masters’ degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
